Purpose

1. Environmental Responsibility

Employees are expected to support environmentally responsible practices in their daily work. Environmental awareness is considered part of professional responsibility and corporate citizenship.

2. Energy & Resource Efficiency

Employees should use energy, equipment, and company resources efficiently and responsibly. Lights, devices, and equipment should not be left on unnecessarily. Reducing energy consumption contributes to both environmental protection and operational efficiency.

3. Paper & Digital Practices

Paper usage should be minimized wherever possible. Digital tools and documentation should be preferred over printing, provided business and legal requirements are met. Responsible printing practices are expected when printing is necessary.

4. Equipment & Electronic Waste

Electronic equipment must be handled and disposed of in accordance with approved procedures and applicable environmental regulations. The Company collects obsolete and non-functional devices from customers, stores them securely, and transfers them to certified recycling partners for proper treatment. Employees must not dispose of electronic waste improperly. Proper management reduces environmental impact and protects data security.

5. Water Use

Employees are expected to use water responsibly in all company facilities. Taps should be properly closed after use, and any leaks or malfunctions must be reported promptly. Unnecessary water consumption should be avoided at all times.

6. Electricity Use

Employees are expected to use electricity responsibly and efficiently as part of the Company’s commitment to environmental sustainability. Lights, air conditioning, and electrical equipment must be switched off when not in use. Heating and cooling systems should be operated responsibly and set at reasonable levels to avoid unnecessary energy consumption and reduce environmental impact.

7. Suppliers & Business Practices

Where feasible, iCrack seeks to work with suppliers and partners who demonstrate environmentally responsible practices. Environmental considerations are taken into account when making operational decisions, without compromising business needs.

8. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

iCrack complies with applicable environmental laws and regulations. Employees must not engage in practices that knowingly violate environmental requirements or standards.

9. Continuous Improvement

The company aims to improve its environmental performance over time through practical and achievable measures. Employees are encouraged to suggest ideas that support more sustainable practices.
