1. Message from Management
iCrack operates in the technology sector, and its success is based not only on its expertise, but primarily on its operating practices and conduct. This Code reflects the company’s core principles and values, such as integrity, transparency, respect, and compliance with the law. The company’s reputation is shaped every day through the attitudes and actions of everyone.
2. Purpose and Scope
This Code:
- Sets forth the basic principles of professional and ethical conduct
- Applies to all executives, employees, staff, and external partners
- It serves as a guide for decision-making in day-to-day professional activities
Compliance with the Code is mandatory for everyone.
3. iCrack Principles and Values
– 3.1 Respect and Human Rights
The company ensures equal opportunities, dignity, and fair treatment for everyone.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of discrimination
- Sexual or psychological harassment
- Bullying or verbal/physical abuse
– 3.2 Health and Safety
Workplace safety is a top priority. Employees must follow all procedures for the safe handling of equipment and immediately report any incident or hazardous situation. Prevention is not an option—it is an obligation.

iCrack handles customer personal data, partner company data, and sensitive information. All data is protected in accordance with applicable laws (GDPR) and internal policies.
Prohibited:

- The copying or leaking of information

The following actions are expressly prohibited:
• Agreements to fix prices or other commercial terms
• Sharing confidential or strategic information with competitors
• Any other practice that restricts fair competition or violates applicable law
Adherence to the principles of fair competition is essential to safeguarding the company’s credibility and reputation.

The company has a zero-tolerance policy.
The following are prohibited:
- The offering or acceptance of money or benefits
- Bribery
- Any act that involves a risk of fraud
- Gifts are permitted only when they do not influence judgment and do not create a conflict of interest.

Employees must not engage in activities that compete with the company or use their position for personal gain. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed. Transparency protects both the employee and the company.

The equipment, systems, software, and know-how are the property of the company.
Prohibited:

4. Relationships with Customers and Suppliers
Every business relationship must be characterized by transparency, accuracy, and honesty. Misleading others or withholding information is unacceptable. Reliability is a key competitive advantage for the company.
5. Financial Data and Internal Audit
The company maintains accurate and complete financial records and implements internal control mechanisms. Any falsification or alteration of data constitutes a serious violation.
6. Reporting Violations
Every employee or contractor is required to report violations. Reports may be made either by name or anonymously and are protected from
retaliation. Malicious or false reports may result in disciplinary action.

9. Liability and Enforcement
Compliance with the Code is the responsibility of all employees and associates of the company. Any violation may result in disciplinary and/or legal consequences, depending on the severity of the case. Management is responsible for the proper implementation and oversight of the Code, while each employee bears individual responsibility for understanding and adhering to it in their daily professional activities.
