Social Polices

Purpose

These Code of Conduct guidelines establish the basic standards of professional conduct for all iCrack employees, with the aim of

an environment of respect, professionalism, and safety. These apply to everyone, without exception, regardless of their role or position.

1. Professional Conduct

Employees are expected to demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a cooperative attitude in every aspect of their work. Relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners must be based on mutual respect, accountability, and effective communication. Behaviors such as aggression, a dismissive attitude, or creating tension in the workplace are not acceptable, even under pressure.

2. Harassment and Intimidation

iCrack has a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment or intimidation, whether verbal, psychological, physical, or sexual. This policy applies in all workplaces, at meetings, corporate events, and in all forms of professional communication. Behaviors presented as “jokes” or “personality traits” are not acceptable when they cause discomfort, pressure, or a sense of threat to other employees.

3. Communication and Professional Boundaries

Communication, whether verbal or written (email, messages, meetings), must be characterized by clarity, professionalism, and respect. Behaviors such as passive aggression, inappropriate language, or systematic violation of professional boundaries are not acceptable. Employees must adhere to their work schedule, unless there is a prior agreement or operational need that justifies it.

4. Use of Social Media

Employees are free to use their personal social media accounts, provided that the company’s image and reputation are not harmed. It is prohibited to publish internal information, customer data, workplace-related incidents, or negative comments about colleagues and the company. No employee is permitted to publicly represent the company or speak on its behalf without proper authorization.

5. Reporting of Behaviors

Any employee who experiences or witnesses unacceptable behavior is encouraged to report it to Management or HR. Reports are handled with confidentiality, objectivity, and fair judgment. Any form of retaliation against an employee who makes a report in good faith is strictly prohibited.

6. Violations and Consequences

Failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, depending on the severity of the violation. Such actions may include verbal or written warnings, as well as further measures where necessary. The policy is applied uniformly and applies to all employees without exception.

7. Alcohol and Drugs

Employees must perform their duties without being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. The possession, use, distribution, or sale of illegal substances on company premises is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcohol during work hours or while representing the company is not permitted, except during approved company events and only when done responsibly.

8. Occupational Health and Safety.

Employees must be in a condition that allows them to perform their duties safely and effectively. Any behavior that jeopardizes personal safety, the safety of colleagues, or the protection of company property will be addressed immediately. The company reserves the right to take the necessary measures if it is determined that an employee’s condition poses a risk to the work environment.

9. Use of Systems and Information

Their use must comply with internal policies, security procedures, and the principles of proper information management. Employees are personally responsible for protecting their login credentials (such as passwords and usernames) and for ensuring that their accounts or systems are not used without authorization. Sharing passwords, using unsecured networks without protection, or negligence in handling sensitive data is prohibited. Access to company information must be strictly limited to the scope of each employee’s responsibilities and solely for legitimate business purposes. Copying, storing, or transferring data to unauthorized media or personal devices without proper authorization is prohibited. Employees must take the necessary measures to protect data from loss, alteration, leakage, or unauthorized access, following the company’s information security guidelines. Any incident involving a potential or confirmed data breach, loss of equipment, suspicious activity, or a general information security issue must be reported immediately so that it can be addressed promptly and effectively.

10. Leave and Absences

Οι εργαζόμενοι οφείλουν να είναι διαθέσιμοι κατά το συμφωνημένο ωράριο εργασίας και να προγραμματίζουν τις απουσίες τους με υπευθυνότητα. Οι προγραμματισμένες άδειες πρέπει να αιτούνται και να εγκρίνονται εκ των προτέρων, εκτός περιπτώσεων ασθένειας ή έκτακτης ανάγκης. Σε περιπτώσεις καθυστέρησης ή απουσίας, ο εργαζόμενος οφείλει να ενημερώνει άμεσα τον προϊστάμενό του. Η επαναλαμβανόμενη μη εγκεκριμένη απουσία ή η έλλειψη επικοινωνίας μπορεί να θεωρηθεί πειθαρχικό παράπτωμα.

11. Data Protection & GDPR

iCrack is committed to protecting personal data and respecting the privacy of its customers, partners, and employees. All employees must comply with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, in the course of their duties. Personal data must be collected and used only for legitimate business purposes and within the scope of each employee’s responsibilities.

Strictly prohibited:

Any incident involving a data breach or loss must be reported immediately. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, and these obligations remain in effect even after the termination of the employment relationship.
